Saturday PM Borisov delivered the opening speech of the "Justice in Transition" event of the Sofia Forum called by the Bulgarian Foreign Affairs Ministry and featuring pro-democracy opposition leaders from Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Syria, Yemen and Bahrain.
