Has anyone else encountered this kind of hack
 

Hi all,

I have a quick question and wanted to see if possibly someone else has encountered this. I am an Administrator there with limited power, so am at a standstill here. The owner is incommunicado and the only page that comes up is one with garbage ads and control has been switched to some kind of search portal. Here is what comes up when I try to access our site -
