How did you get your members to use the Reputation function?
 

I've recently turned on the reputation functionality on my long time running vBulletin community, and sure enough people are having a hard time using Reputation. Some members have even requested the ability to switch it off for them.

If you've had success with turning on Reputation after your community has been running without it for years, what's your secret? :cool:
