Paris-Nov25 (BNA) The French Foreign Ministry today welcomed His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa's keynote speech on receiving the final report of the Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry, lauding royal pledge to implement its recommendations.
