signature not showing up
 

One of my users has set their signature and can't see it showing up on the forum. I have signatures enabled for the usergroup via the usergroup manager and it meets all the criteria for a signature but does not show up.

When she sent me the PM telling me the problem I could see her signature in the PM which I thought was kind of weird. The signature is all text with nothing weird in it. I have tried the following to make it work.

Removed the formatting
Disabled my 1 plugin
rebuilt the signature cache

It doesn't show up in the forums. Am I missing something basic? Other users have set theirs with no problems, it looks like this one doesn't work for some reason.
