Import from phpBB to VB threads / posts only?
 

I can't find in the documentation the answer to my question so I was hoping to get some guidance here.

I have an old phpBB 2.0.21 database that I'd like to import some of the content from that old forum into a current vB installation which is / has been up and running for some time.

I'm fearful of running all of the steps in the impex script because I don't want all of the users (there will be duplicates, etc.) nor any of the user groups, mods, etc.

All I'm looking to pull over are a two individual forums from that prior installation.

Is it possible to go through and pick which forums I'd like to import and only select those?

Is it possible to only import threads and posts, and not the users? (and the user field defaulting to something like 'guest' or something?)

Any information and direction would be helpful.
