Lack of understanding?
 

I have thousands of new people visiting my site every day, more than 10K+ on week days.

However, people aren't posting.... and the cause I hear most of all is that they don't know what a bulletin board is or how to use it.

Are other people getting this? What do you do to educated your new visitors?
