Rookie Qstn: Enrollment Text & icuForumStats
 

Can someone point me in the right direction? I want to re-write (and customize) the enrollment text for new members. Where do I go to start that process? And just for general study purposes...how big of a deal would it be to add a custom field to that process that forces the user to enter the name of their institution, and save that in their profile?

2nd, and this one is petty...but... Much like everyone else with a forum I'm assuming, I get a couple "ViagraDoMeSexMeUpNowBlahBlah" user registrations a week. I've got new users locked down with no rights to post or access forums until they have been moderated. However...those Unmoderated users still show in the "Welcome our Newest Member" line at the bottom of the home page. I like that feature, but would like the name that shows be the last moderated user... not the most recent user in the database. Is there a way to do that?
