The level of impact, as well as the timing and location, cannot be predicted in advance; but may include Thursday 17 Nov near Bahrain Mall, Saturday 19 Nov using vehicles near the Diplomatic Area, Tuesday 22 Nov near the Exhibition Centre, and in particular Wednesday 23 Nov (which they are calling ‘a Black Day of Anger’). Ahead of this, please also be aware of the following planned approved demonstrations: - Thursday 17 Nov from 1900 - near Al Maqsha Village. - Friday 18 Nov from 1530 - between Al Ali and Salmabad. We advise British nationals in Bahrain to maintain a high level of security awareness and to exercise caution, particularly in public places and on the roads, and to avoid large crowds and demonstrations |
