Need SSH help for test board, please
 

OK granted, I don't have a clue about this for the most part but am willing to learn. I am trying to set up a test board. I have downloaded Putty to use for SSH as I have seen recommended. So when I open Putty I get this black dos like box that has Login on it.

I really try not to sound stupid with these questions but what info is it that I am supposed to enter here? I have put my server login, my ftp login and everytime I hit enter it says access denied and wants a password but doesn't let me enter one. I know it's probably a very simple thing to do but I am stumped. Can someone please help this newbie on this first step?
