New Private Message Notification Pop-up - No UserName and Title

Related to this one Bug 26404.

Why not to remove "User Name" and PM's "Title" from New Private Message Notification Pop-up?!

It is not so important to know these data also taking into account that only last PM's information is displays.

It will be better just to have a pop-up.
And if the user want to check from whom that PM or several PMs he will go to Inbox.
