Daylight savings time
 

Recently DST went active and changed correctly, but the problem was that most users could not log in, once I set the DST to not active most users could log in normally.

Automactily change to summertime is now of for all users
DST is now not active for all users

No problems, but the time displayed on the forum is winter time.
What could this be that users could not log in, our server is in the USA our users are in Holland so GMT = +1

I could not find a thread about this, therfore a new one.

Please advise, I have version 3.8.2 installed.
