To ban or to delete - is the question
 

I have setup several anti-spam measurements on my forum and are very pleased so far. I have stopped a lot of spam but I am wondering if it is better to delete the user trying to register or ban the user forever. Currently the user is just deleted during moderation, so I am unsure if they will be back. Any insight or advice? Thx.
