The lender's third-quarter net profit rose to 496.7 million U.A.E. dirhams ($135.2 million) from AED462.8 million in the same period in 2010, exceeding the expectations of Kuwait's Global Investment House, Bahrain-based Sico and Cairo-based Beltone.
