MANAMA: Albaraka Banking Group BSC (ABG), the Islamic banking group based in Bahrain, has announced the acquisition of 60 percent of the issued shares of Al-Tawfeek Financial Group through its subsidiary in Bahrain, Al-Baraka Islamic Bank.
