Insomnia has a number of negative effects that might be affect on the health and daily life. To start with, people who have Insomnia they are suffering from inability to concentrate, such as, what I am doing right now I can't focus on my homework because I need to sleep enough. Moreover, lack of sleep may leads to social problems. Because people who have the lack of sleep they are irritable and nervous. Last but not least, Insomnia affects badly on people who can't sleep enough. Because it makes the body exhausted, tired and exposed to many diseases, such as, influenza and headache.
