Nothing Happens After Import?
 

I wanted to upgrade phpbb 3.0.2 to vbulletin 3.8.1. Earlier after many tries, I finally got it without being lagged. The only issue now is after importing everything, nothing changed. I still have an empty vbulletin forum. Why is this? I looked at the databases, they were correct..
