Fresh install gives fatal error: cannot unset string offsets in path/cookie.php
 

Hi everyone,

I'm very new to phpwebsite. I just have it installed but I often get an error:

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /var/www/core/class/Cookie.php on line 40

This happens when I click in the control panel on the link "my page" of under content "categories" also when I click on "Comments" (Control administrative options for comments.)

What can this be?
