The Amnesty report examines arms transfers to Bahrain, Egypt, Libya, and Yemen since 2005. It found that the main arms suppliers to these countries were Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, the UK and the USA.
