U.S. Fifth Fleet says Iran contacts "routine, professional"

(Reuters) - The U.S. Fifth Fleet's relations with their Iranian couterparts in the Gulf waterway remain "routine and professional", a spokesman said on Wednesday after the United States accused Iran of plotting to kill the Saudi ambassador in Washington.
