Mobile Telecommunications Co. is headed for its biggest decrease in more than four months after Kingdom Holding Co. (KINGDOM) and Bahrain Telecom Co. (BATELCO) abandoned plans to buy a 25 percent stake of the company’s Saudi Arabian unit.
