DUBAI, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Kingdom Holding and Bahrain Telecommunications (Batelco) have scrapped their joint $950 million bid to buy a quarter of Saudi telecommunication carrier Zain Saudi , saying terms for the deal could not be met.
