New River, N.C.; Norfolk, Va.; Patuxent River, Md.; Andrews Air Force Base, Md.; Manassas, Va.; Japan; Cuba; and Bahrain. Work is expected to be completed in September 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
