مشكلة في موقع احد العملاء

اخواني لدي مشكلة في احد مواقع العملاء من دولة الكويت

وهي عدم قدرتة على دخول موقعه من الكمبيوتر المكتبي بسبب مشكلة ما
وقام بالتحدث مع شركة الاتصالات وتم ارسال هذه الرساله
ارجواافادتي ما يمكنني عملة
