النباتات البرية الصالحة للأكل

كثير من النباتات الصحراويه صالحه للاستعمال البشري،وهناك أنواع

أفضل مذاق من الأخرى مثل (الحواء ، الحميض ، الخبيز ،الذعاليق ،القراص ، بصل البر (العنصيل) ، العرجون ، الفقع).بعض أنواع النباتات الصحراويه التي تؤكل :

حميض

نبات ربيعي ينمو بعد هطول الأمطار طعم أوراقه ليموني حامض لاينصح بالاكثار من تناوله.خبيز بري.

تؤكل أوراقه طبخا" أو نيه عند الحاجه و ينبت مجاري السيول
ومنابع الماء.

مرار - نكد - خزام

تنبت في الشهر البارده من السنه ويأكلها أهل الباديه كبديل عن الخس . و تنمو في معظم الوديان.

قتاد - كداد

هذه الازهار شوكيه قابله للاكل وطعمها الى حد ما البازيلاء المره وجذورها تعتبر سامه.

شوك الجمل - شدق الجمل

بالامكان اكل الحبه التي في وسط الزهره الشوكيه العلويه بعد التكسير و ازالة الأشواك
المحيطه بها وطعمها يشبه الفستق.

شكعاء

تستخدم بذورها في تجبين الحليب وذلك بفركها في الاناء من الداخل و الحلب فيه فورا"فيتحول الحليب الى جبن في الاناء وينثر الماء الباقي وتستعمل بذورها لدباغة الجلود.

عشرق

وهي عشبه بريه و أحد أنواع السناء مسهله اذا شرب مغليها وتؤكل البذور الصغيره التي بداخل القرن واذا جفت هذه العشبه اصبحت سامه واذا بدء القرن في الجفاف والاصفرار أصبحت سامه.

الرخام

عند الحاجه للماء يقوم البعض بسحب الرخام من الارض و اخراج
جذره وهو طويا ثم يقشر اللحاء الموجود على الجذر ويأكله و يمص الماء الموجود به.

السعدان

نبته صغيرة الحجم الفاكهة التي تحملها قابلة للأكل قبل ان تتيبس أشواكها وهي حلوة المذاق.

العوسج - العوشز

نبته بريه تحتوي على الكثير من الأشواك دائمة الاخضرار وفي الربيع تثمر حبات صغيره حمراء حلوة الطعم

حمط - قميص

شجرة بريه تنمو في الممرات الجبليه يأكل أهل الباديه حبات التين الصغيره التي تثمرها وهي شجره حليبيه
وينصح بعدم لمس الماده الحليبيه التي تفرزها التي تفرزها الاغصان.

شفلح - ملاث

تنبت في الجلاميد الصخريه و تنتج فاكهة تشبه الكمثرى وعند سلخ قشرتها تظهر بداخلها دستات من
بذور صغيره في مادة بيضاء لزجه ولاصقه.

بصل البر

نبات ربيعي ينمو بعد هطول الامطر في المناطق الرمليه منظره جميل وهو عباره عن عود أخضر طويل
يصل ارتفاعه الى اكثر من متر وفي رأسه زهره بنفسجية اللون ، يؤكا العود و زهرته و طعمه مثل\ الكراث أو البصل.

بسباس

نبات ربيعي ينمو بعد هطول الأمطار يأكل كامل وطعمه حار و لاذع وهو صحي للمعده.

عرجون

نوع من أنواع الفطر أو المشروم ويؤكل مشويا" ولا يؤكل نيا" ولا ينصح بالاكثار منه وهو ينبت في الأراضي الرمليه بعد الأمطار الربيعيه.
