وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته ,, الحل من موقع وندوز لايف : Error 800488fb - Cannot Sign in to Windows Live Messenger وفي نفس الموقع واحد كاتب الرد التالي على نفس المشكلة : Hello I mention this is a problem related to Hotmail, as your account has been blocked.
