Forum name change and error code
 

We are in the middle of chaging our site name, but we have encountered a problem. Every time you log it it takes you to the "oops, there seems to be a problem" page. We were told we need to upload the tools.php file because it seems that we are locked out of our page. Should we do this before we change our domain over, or wait until we change everything over then worry about the error?
