Forum Log In Issue
 

OK, using version 4.0.8 and it seems my forum members and I are having log in problems. I go to my site, put in my log in, and password and click the Log In button. The screen then comes up

Redirecting...
"Thank you for logging in username" and has a "click here if your browser doesn't automatically redirect you" button.

The it goes to the log in screen again and says that "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:" and it still shows a login box in the top right.

Now what the real odd thing is that I can click on my Home/Forum/Blog buttons on the top left at this point and if for example I click the forum button it takes me to the forum, and will continue to work normal, and even show my user name in the top right instead of the log in box.

Thats the best I can explain it. What do I need to do to fix this? I have already reloaded the upload files, and run install/upgrade.php script, but that didnt fix it.
