Forum Help: Thread Tools menu is on the left instead of the right and the bar is missing
 

Hi! Everyone, I am a newbie in VB forum and not very good at codes.

After upgrading to 4.0.8, I lost the thread tools bar and the thread tools menu is showing on the left side of the screen instead of the right. (Pls. see the screenshot)

Please help me fix this and kindly explain the steps that I need to do to be able to fix this.

and I am also missing the bar. The menu should be inside the bar like the picture below.
