Database error during upgrade to 3.8 - Table postparsed already exists
 

I am trying to upgrade a 3.5 system to 3.8, in preparation of upgrading to 4.x CMS Suite. I am getting the following error during the 3.8 upgrade. Prior to running the upgrade, I uninstalled all products and add-ons.
