Forum vBulletin 4 server busy message
 

I have just installed my vBulletin Suite 4 on hostmonster.com but had most of the time got server busy message after contacting support they said that vBulletin has many flaws and has many issues that prevent it from running on shared systems and advised to use dedicated server. Is this true?
