Forum Image post limits
 

I have a user that can no longer attach images. He gets a message that he has reached his limit. These are attached images in threads. The only setting I can find is images per post which I have set to 0 (no limit I believe) but this is coming up in multiple threads in different forums. I searched but could not find a user image limit. Can someone please direct me to where I can edit this setting?
