Blog Version 4.08 found expected 2.02
 

I had blog installed prior to upgrading to 4.0 and now when I do a check I find this error on all of my blog files . could this be affecting my mod permissions load times and data base calls ? DO I need to correct something in my Install ? It seems as I am running the blog software I bought prior to the CMS upgrade without any moderation tools that I thought were there previously.
