CMS Article image issue
 

I changed the max image size on the front page for articles. I decided to try to get the images to display a little smaller and changed the setting to an appropriate pixel size. Nothing changed, the images are still the same size. I tried editing the image in the wysiwyg interface, even adjusting them for thumbnail size and the image is still the same size. I am running 4.0.8 PL2.
