vB4 Choosen Style not showing for anyone but admin/creator
 

I created a new Parent Style for http://forum.sandypucuniversity.com/forums/forum.php

I used the stylevars to stylize the forum and it displays correctly for me but not on any other computer (either logged in or not logged in). Others only see the orignal vbulletin style.

I have my style as the selected style and users can not use their own custom style.

Caches have been cleared and this still did not fix the issue. This happens across all web browsers.

Any help would be appreciated with this issue.
