VB3 to VB4 On Different Server Members Not Recognized
 

We used Impex to copy/upgrade our 3.8.5 board to a new install of 4.0.8. After following the post-import instructions here: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/impex_cleanup all of the threads and posts are fine. All of the members are viewable in the Members List and in the AdminCP but the bottom of the page says:

It states there are no members. Also, the user "a" does not exist and takes you to an error page stating so. I have moved all of the users from the Impex registered usergroup to the normal registered usergroup and am still moving the staff. I have run all of the Maintenance functions and everything but the users seems to be working. Does anyone have an idea why this is and how I can fix it?
