Forum Backing up my website - Is this okay?
 

I use coffee cup to update and transfer files, etc.

I was wondering if simply downloading via FTP all the contents from my host server once a month is the best.

Surely, unless I have updated to a newer version, I only need to download and replace a couple of folders in my previous backup?

What do you guys/gals use and what do you think is the best method?
