Can we have a local vBulletin installation.
 

I own a vB license but I'm posting here because that could be a pre-sale question.

I just downloaded XAMPP and I plan to install vBulletin on my computer for tests, backup, updates, and so on...

Do we have the permission to install vB on our local machine and on our host server, given that the access to the local installation is forbidden (password protected) to public and only license owner can access/modify it.
