Suite Upgrade error at Step 9) Albums System Alterations
 

I'm doing a test upgrade from 3.8.6 to the current version of 4.x. The active install is on a Windows IIS server. The test upgrade install is on a machine running FreeBSD and Apache. On the Windows machine I have the attachment files in the file system on a different drive (D:/files).

On Step 9) Albums System Alterations I get the error: "Could not create file system directory to hold your attachment."

I have read other threads about this error, but they all seem to be upgrading from Apache to Apache systems and so the path to the files is at least similar. Where can I change this path?
