Forum VBulletin 4.0.7 Fresh Install Dies
 

Hi all,

Im trying to install VBulliten 4.0.7, however when i get to step 2 i get nothing other than what is shown in attachment.

Ive seen something on another forum suggesting it could be something to do with php.ini however i havent got a clue what it could be in there and as im hosted by 123-reg the poor navigation of their control panel and the fact the file is not acessible means i cannot look into this.

Would appreciate any help.
