Forum Ban user by IP not working!
 

Just wanted to let everyone know that in vb 4.0.7 that ban user by IP in the admin CP settings doesn't work.

I banned an IP address last night. And, lo and behold I see that the IP is there today trying to respond (post) to a thread that it has no permissions (not registred user spammer/bot) to post to to begin with.

would someone please post this as a bug tracker? Or, if I am supposed to/should point me in the right direction so this can be fixed for 4.0.8
