Forum error: "upload of file failed" when attaching to forum or blog
 

Running 4.0.6 on Win2003, PHP + MySQL


Hello!

I get this error A LOT when trying to upload attachments.

On the 2nd or 3rd try, it uploads fine.

What is going on?
