CMS wierd characters in phpMyAdmin vBulletin UTF8 I have no active forum, so flexible to do everything right from scratch. I plan to use vbulletin for a foreign community, so decided to convert database to UTF and set up utf-8 charset language. I created a brand new database and changed Collation to utf8_general_ci Set up my vbulletin, than installed utf-8 language pack. Now, I was able to set up UTF-8 test user and also used UTF-8 password, created UTF-8 thread with UTF-8 message... all looks fine. but when I go to phpMyAdmin i see this ‚µ‚ Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
