CMS Removing: "The front page" in title and other things
 

Hello,

I have an issue with the fact that my CMS title has " the front page " on it. I want to change it to anything else.
Also I have another issue with the meta tags and description, it seams that my meta info is :

Meta Info
Title: مجلة منتديات سوني اريكسون SonyEricsson Forum - The Front Page

Description: vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite with CMS

Tags: the front page , vbulletin , cms.

even though I have it written elsewhere and it's should be totally different.
Now, How can I remove these and add my own meta?
