Can't change passwords
 

Hopefully this is an easy problem to fix. We are running 3.8.6 PL1

I try to change a password or a user change their password and once that happens or really any change to any user, they cannot log in anymore and it says their password is incorrect.

I have confirmed that when we change the password either by the user via the change request, or by an Admin via the AdminCP that the MD5 encryption changes in the database.

I figured it was possibly a cookie issue, however once the user clears their cookies it still does not let them in. I reset all the cookie info in VB using the Tools.php, I then even tried to change the cookie path and tried it again and it still does the same thing.

I have disabled all installed MODS and tried the default style. I redid the upgrade.php, repaired the database, and even uploaded all the 3.8.6 PL1 files back to the server.

I am not sure what is causing this issue, but I have been running VBulletin since 2004 and seen some doozey of problems, but never seen anything quite like this..
