Is it possible to undelete the members that already deleted using prune function?

about one year ago, i use the prune function and choose to delete the member beside move it to another group.

Is it possible to undelete the members that already deleted using prune function? because i found in some thread, the id that already deleted still have a post / thread, but the status is "Guest".
