vB4 Quote box not correct
 

I don't know how to correct this quote box error. I don't even know where to edit it to see if all is as it should be (I've never really understood the overly-complex styling system of vb4, vb3 made so much more sense IMO).

The quote box is not producing the normal affect of having the quoted text inside the quote area. See attached:
