Forum vB 4.0.7: Sublink for Quick Links is showing blank
 

Hi there, I have recently upgraded to vB 4.0.7 and I have an issue with my navbar. Pre-logon: when I click on Quick Links, on the other vB 4 forums, I usually get a sub link called "View Forum Leaders", but in this forum I just upgraded, I am getting blank. Please see screenshot.
