Please help. I am completely new
 

I have a IPB 2.3.6 and want to convert to VB 3.8 *.
I havent got a clue what to do. I mean...I uploaded all the files into IPB3 folder in Impex. But where does the database backup goes to? Its nothing right when I try to import. Also, the link to IMPORT does not excist in Admin control panel.
