Forum What did I do wrong? Upgrade from 4.0.5 to 4.0.7
 

I'm upgrading as I have done before, and when I go to run the install/upgrade.php I get this message:

Warning: include() [function.include]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File() is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/mysite/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/php4/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php4/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/mysite/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 3115

I've uploaded the files and made sure my config.php file is correct in every respect. Any ideas?
